Automatic fire sprinkler systems
Automatic suppression systems to contain fires, protect occupants and minimise property damage — hydraulic calculations, construction drawings, pipe sizing and complete system design through to installation, for residential, industrial and commercial buildings. Fire pump sets, tanks and valve rooms sized and coordinated with the structure early.
Hydrant systems & fire pump sets
Internal and external hydrant coverage with street-front booster assemblies positioned for brigade access. We manage flow testing against the town main, fire pump set selection and sizing where required, and block plans — then certify the installed system before handover.
Hose reel systems
Hose reels installed to new builds and retrofitted to existing properties — placement checked against the architectural layout so every part of the floor plate is within coverage, integrated with the hydrant service where permitted, with isolation valves and signage included. Existing systems assessed with hydraulic calculations and competitively quoted for upgrades.
Fixed & portable fire extinguishers
Fixed and portable extinguishers selected and sited to the hazard in each area — plant rooms, kitchens, switchboards, carparks — installed with signage and set up on a service, maintenance and testing schedule so annual compliance is covered from day one.
Passive fire protection
Fire-rated walls, shafts and sealed service penetrations that contain fire and smoke within each compartment — fire collars, dampers and tested sealing systems installed and certified wherever services cross a rated wall or slab, coordinated with the wet and dry systems we install.
